Opening The Most Electrified Town in Finland

During the International Film Festival Rotterdam The Most Electrified Town in Finland (2004-12) by film maker and artist Mika Taanila shall be presented in TENT’s back room. This three-channel video installation shows the construction of the Olkiluoto 3 nuclear power plant in the town of Eurajoki, Finland and was shown at dOCUMENTA (13) in the summer of 2012. The installation premieres in The Netherlands from Thursday 24th January, and TENT shall be open until 22:00. Afterwards, Taanilla gives a DJ performance as part of Mind The Gap at WORM: a party of audio-visual performances and music organized by IFFR and Gonzo (circus).
