The artist duo Bik Van der Pol (Liesbeth Bik and Jos van der Pol) have lived and worked in Rotterdam for over 25 years already. Among other things, they founded Duende and won an important art prize last winter. Is Rotterdam a shrinking city with nothing to lose?
