De Derde Dinsdag (The Third Tuesday) is a speedy, monthly live preview of Rotterdam’s upcoming events in theatre, music, film, visual arts, festivals, and more. Every month, we are hosted by a different cultural hotspot; this time, it’s WORM.
Anna Visser interviews her guests for all the ins and outs, and for each edition, a special guest assists her. The coming season features a rich selection of promising talents and established faves: artists, performers, creators, and opinion formers who have already earned their spurs or are starting out. This edition’s special guest is Mijke Loeven, director of North Sea Round Town, Jazz International Rotterdam and Music Matters. In addition to all that, she is also a singer and songwriter; it’s all about music with her!
De Derde Dinsdag is an initiative of Kunstblock (Showroom MAMA, TENT, CBK Rotterdam, V2, Witte de With, and WORM) MAAS theater and dance, Ro Theater, Het Nieuwe Instituut, Productiehuis Rotterdam/Rotterdamse Schouwburg, Dansateliers, and de Doelen. This traveling live preview takes places every third Tuesday of the month at different cultural locations in Rotterdam.
